Children, young people and their representatives could use the courts in Scotland to enforce their rights. The Bill seeks to make sure children’s rights are part of everyday life in Scotland.

The Committee will be conducting further work on the UNCRC Bill to ensure children are given the opportunity to give their views. This will work will have a longer timescale.

You can submit your views through our Citizen Space database. The closing date is 16 October 2020. Evidence will be heard during November and December.
